Its a lonely place at the top and sometimes what is needed is somone to share concerns and bounce ideas off. Capiton founders Bob and Peter have both held leadership positions for different orgnaisations for many years and know just how valuable it can be to have someone with experience to consult.

We will provide a sympathetic ear to your issues, listen patiently to your ideas and be a critical friend when our experience indicates that there might be a better way.

What we won't do is tell you how to do your job or laugh at your ideas. Our experience has shown us that no idea should be ignored, as what may seem unlikley to start with often has the germ of a brilliant solution with a bit of exploring.

Our role is to ask questions, to challenge and to help you the leader reach the best decsison for your business and one you feel committed to implement.

Each and every support package delivered by Capiton will be overseen by either Bob Dow or Peter Harvey. This ensures a consistency of approach and quality of delivery. Customer satisfaction is Capiton’s key performance indicator.
