Capiton will design and deliver a purpose built support solution specifically tailored to meet the current and future needs of your organisation.

Our target markets are small and medium sized businesses, based in Devon, Cornwall and Somerset, although we will work outside these geographic areas in certain circumstances. We have no particular sector focus as it is our belief that effective and successful management practices are functional rather than sector focussed. We are happy to work with private, public and not for profit organisations.

We will not use lots of fancy 'management speak' but base our service on your needs, and a wealth of experience of applying management techniques successfully in a broad range of business. Our role is to translate proven management techniques and experience into simple guidance for you, and to aid you in identifying how you can drive your business to the next level of success.

We particularly deliver mentoring and coaching services to senior individuals and teams allied to strategy development and delivery.

Mentoring

Specifically designed to support the individuals within a management team, mentoring is an excellent way of challenging the status quo. Based on a number of one-to-one sessions it enables the mentor and the mentee to establish a clear working relationship designed to support and challenge the current business thinking. Having that outside view and support is an extremely valuable resource and gives the mentee the opportunity of discussing key business issues outside of the immediate business environment and maximises the individual's potential to deliver exceptional performance.

Coaching

Coaching tends to get "under the skin" of the business and typically involves a senior management team. It usually starts with the development of a clear business strategy and list of objectives. It then offers the necessary outside help and support to ensure that these goals are achieved leading to business success.
